Harrow ran three plants, three spreadsheets, and one exhausted controller reconciling them into a single set of numbers every month. The close took nine working days, most of which was manual matching, not analysis.
We didn't rebuild their ERP. We built one shared reconciliation model that pulled from each plant's existing export format and flagged variances automatically, then trained the controller's team to work the exceptions instead of re-deriving the whole picture from scratch each month.
The close is now five days. The team spends the other four on the numbers that actually moved, not on finding the ones that didn't reconcile.
